On a home computer, there is little need for Lock. But where is the Sleep Button? Sleep, or at least Hibernate, is the most used condition.

Lock button is not useful at all, but SLEEP button would be MUCH better, ADD SLEEP BUTTON!!!

Maybe there should be an option to choose which "shutdown" methods you want it to show and in which order, just like the App Launcher. Win Vista sure has a lot more options than these...
