This vista gadget will call any US or Canadian number and speak the text you typed into the gadget. It will simulate Caller ID and will give you the status of the call. You can even switch the voices in which it speaks to the caller.

I like the gadget, but it would be nice to know before downloading that it is for demo purposes. Otherwise it did call the number I put in and played their message, so I don't know what my message would sound like.
