This mini outlook inbox gadget allows you to read your email from the sidebar via a flyout. You don't even need to have Outlook open! Includes the ability to create, reply delete, and forward email. Clicking a message header displays the message body in a flyout.

Looks nice but the calendar section doesn't seem to work. Specifically, I have 1 appointment and this gadget reports 0 appointments. Vista Enterprise and Outlook 2007 with only a connection to Exchange.
